This is a beautiful hotel with excellent rooms. Everything is well organized and very clean. The staff is very professional and friendly. The room furnishing and layout are more of a traditional style, which is much nicer than other famous hotels I have stayed at. I will continue to come to this hotel.

The location is excellent, right smack in the middle of all the activities and within walking distance of the People's Sq Station. The staff is very courteous and the service is good. I had some issues with the power points and TV and the service recovery was good.

It's a great experience to stay in Crowne Plaza, clean room, convenient location, friendly hotel employees etc. Although encountering some issues during our stay, the gentleman (sorry that we forgot to ask for his name) at the front desk was so helpful and willing to solve the problems promptly. Liam Lu at the concierge was so helpful during our stay. He is so friendly and very professional in doing his jobs. They are definitely an asset to the hotel. We will stay in Crowne Plaza again next time when travelling to Shanghai.
