Hotel is very clean and staffs are courteous. The cleaning lady insist on cleaning my room even when I told her there was no need. Hotel is located at a convenient location. Eating and shopping cannot be easier. Will definitely come back to this hotel when needed.

I am a returning guest to this hotel. The hotel has spacious and clean rooms. It is convenient to access shops and a supermarket. You can reach to a bakery, a food court and more formal restaurants without walking on the street. The staff is super friendly. Especially, I would like to mention Eve, a front desk staff. After knowing that I could not order a gift item from Taobao due to lack of domestic payment methods, she gladly helped to order it for me. In the end, the gift item was timely arrived for me. BIG THANKS!

Dirty Toilet

Great service. But the toilet is dirty, can easily see the stain. The bath tub and shower curtain look old and dirty. Convenient for food and public transportation.

我事先網拍了一些東西寄到酒店，網路留言都沒有得到立即的回應，打電話也是十分敷衍地應付，不太像是高級酒店該有的服務。 入住的時候也沒有主動詢問提供牙刷和梳子，跟前台反應也是過很久才送來，服務不好。

地理位置非常好，房間乾淨舒服，接待人員ViVian熱情週到，不厭其煩的解釋各種問題，16樓的打掃阿姨Wendy細心的打掃每個角落。之前入住提到餐廳的改善，也已完成改善，一次非常美好的入住體驗。
