客房/洒店清潔度
差到爆，從一開始入住必須經由Hotel.com 協調才得以入住，電梯太可怕，入住房門code 打不開，出門再回code 又打不開，Hotel 裡面居然沒熱水....熱水爐燒不了熱水，打開都是冷的！氣溫那麼低老人小孩都不可能洗澡！晚上睡覺床居然太舊一翻身就發出怪聲！簡直爛到爆....
