Spacious, functional and super clean room. Amazing view! Buffet breakfast with excellent selection. The location of the hotel is super convenient. Shopping, sightseeing and transportation are all within walking distance. Housekeeping staff are amazing and they keep our room super clean everyday during our one week stay. We will stay at Grand Hyatt again when we return to Shanghai!

The views were beautiful, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the building felt a little dated, and the drain in my room was clogged. The breakfast area was very crowded between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m., with a particularly long queue. The concierge desk was also on a different floor from the entrance, which made it a little confusing to find on my first visit.
