Slept like a baby, fed like a king!

Highly recommend this hotel. Location is great, the rooms are spacious and really enjoyed the corner room with both sides of the walls as floor to ceiling windows. For some reason I’m not sure of, I slept so well here. The beds and the whole bed settings are very comfortable. Really worth paying more for lounge access. The breakfast spread is the best I’ve seen anywhere in both quality and diversity of offering.

Thanks for another great stay. We stayed in #5831, which is a wonderful room. However, the toilet seems to have some problems. Also, the TV is blocking a magnificent view of Shanghai. I'm not sure where it could be moved to, but its current position is not great with regards to viewing the scenery.

Very comfortable stay at the Shangri-la Jing’An. Comfortable furnishings, lots of space and amazing views. The 24hr gym on the 4th Floor is a great space to go when recovering from jet lag. Location is perfect and restaurants Calypso and 1515 were delicious

We had our room upgraded. Absolutely amazing view! And it actually saved us a trip to Shanghai Tower. Very happy stay!
