The facilities are clean and the rooms are spacious. It is close to the station and there are many food choices around. The only bad thing is that the address of the hotel is different. I walked for about 30 minutes because of the wrong address information. The correct information is next to Adidas near the station.

The hotel was a great place to stay in as a base staying in Shanghai. It is in a good location. There are many restaurants and shops around too.

Unfortunately there was not the swimming pool even if it was one of the service that made the decision of this hotel. Expedia needs to update the information of this hotel. Moreover, the entrance and the lobby are very poor, with no space to let the luggage while waiting for the check-in or the day of the check-out. The room was wonderful, new, big and comfortable.

鄰近南京西路地鐡站出口，十分方便，附近也有很多食肆。本身酒店外部設計也別具特式，美中不足是房間正對面有工程，影響視野，間中也有嘈音。職員態度一般。

Good location but average stay experience

Location is good but it was very noise with construction throughout weekends. Strong cigarette smell remained in the lift.

This hotel has extremely nice rooms, very spacious with great amenities and cleaned. However it lacks in other spaces, the gym is very small and we didn't try the breakfast. Another perk is the common laundry area that can be used free of charge.
