Room was clean, big room. Breakfast choices were decent. Staffs were very helpful especially during breakfast hours. Yoyo and Shirley Ma were very friendly and helpful sharing their knowledge on places to go. Front desk staffs were friendly too. Overall had a wonderful stay.

Very conviniently ocated at center of Shanghai Jing'an with Jing'an Temple just across the street and Kerry Centre within walking distance. Extremely friendly and nice staff that you don't see even at the 5-star hotels.

This hotel is in a highly convenient location, easy to access to PVG airport and railway stations via metro or taxi. Guests can overlook Jing An Temple from its breakfast room. There are many shops and restaurants nearly. Staff are courteous and helpful, especially Albert and other front desk team members and Shirley and other catering service team members. We have stayed in this hotel many times, the best one compared with a few other ones we stayed, totally satisfied every time. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Shanghai, whether for business or for leisure.

Room was very spacious and the air felt clean. The housekeeping staff Emily went above and beyond noticing we had a baby without us mentioning and giving us extra things for the baby. The entire staff from front desk to dining to housekeeping were excellent. Highly recommend!

Location is very good, 5 mins to under ground subway station. The hotel room is big and clean. Two managers Mr. Chen & Mr. Wang are very helpful. All staff members are very nice.

Stay at Paramount as your last stop.

Shanghai is our first stop touring Zhejiang. Manager Albert and his team really made our stay a wonderful experience. Other hotels for the rest of our tour is pale in comparison. Keep up the good work!

For this area this ka probably one of the best you can get at this price range. Staff are lovely and attentive, rooms and very big and bed is comfy. Very convenient. Rooms might be a bit dated but overall for business and travel stays it’s not a bad option
