Loved this hotel so much, such a perfect and relaxing neighbourhood in the French Concession with so many amazing restaurants nearby. The hotel itself and room is delightful, comfortable and clean. We also loved the Lounge in the hotel for drinks after a day of sightseeing. Didn’t want to leave! Staff were also helpful and kind. All in all a brilliant stay, we loved it.

Quiet and leafy location with cafes/restaurants within walking distance; easy to get to the Bund within 20 mins by cab. Staff very helpful; rooms beautiful; breakfast good - but the Chinese food is much better than the Western fare (which could be slightly disappointing). But on the whole very difficult to find fault with the system experience.

The spa is very relaxing. Kids loved spa, they enjoyed watching TV and having spa at the same time. Location is excellent and is close to everything. The garden is also excellent. They provided wonton and drink everyday and delivered to door which saved us lots of chaos. We had a lovely time in the hotel

This was our 4th stay at Radisson Xing Guo since 2016. Such a warm homecoming feeling! We picked the tranquil expansive garden view. Breakfast buffet choices were small but quite adequate. The congee was prepared to order. Lots of fresh fruits. Bread selections were so so. Baquette was not real sourdough but compensated very well by other choices, such as smoked salmon. We hosted friends at the first floor lounge and the fourth floor Li restaurant. Items were of excellent quality and meticulously prepared. The Shanghainese smoked fish was excellent and we ordered another portion for takeout. The chicken soup was flavorful. We will surely book again for our next visit to Shanghai. Recommend wholeheartedly!
