Old world charm but very comfortable. Incredibly convenient location, right on Nanjing Road. Very accessible to transport and 'Hop on and Hop off' bus stop outside. Staff very friendly and hospitable.

This is my first time to Shanghai China, very excited, when choosing this hotel, there were many bad comments about this hotel, but after staying here, everything was fine, the hotel location is good, surrounded by tourist areas, the hotel room is also clean, every day housekeeping cleans my room, replaces bath towels every day, and is supplied with bottled water every day, from the airport to this hotel is also very easy to use the metro, and for everyone's information, it is really easy to find food around this hotel. Easy check in Room Was clean On Didi, it was hard to find because on the DIDI APP, they changed the hotel name to Qichongtian Hotel / Century square Nanjing Road. The restaurant here is good. View from the window was nice. It is right downtown near all the shopping and nearby many good restaurants.

Right on Naking pedestrian walk with pretty of restaurants and shops. Room is spaceous. Needs more thorough cleaning of bathroom grouts and minor repairs throughout the place. Beware that there are about ten steps at the hotel entrance, avoid staying here if your are disabled, difficult walking or have heavy luggage’s

Great service manner, one of the more senior staff even remembered me after 7 years. I was upgraded as well. The facilities had seen it’s glory days, but the location and surroundings more than make up for it. Great location on Nanjing Road with plenty of access to shopping and restaurants. Hotel is old and elevator broke down having to take the stairs from the 16th floor to the 7th. House keeping did come and help with luggage but was not ideal situation at all. Also had hairs on the bed and bathroom that was not mine. Was only staying in Shanghai one night so did not say anything since was only transitioning through.

It is a stay for that.

The restuarant was just ok, a lot of the dishes on the menu were unavailable . The noodles were good but the coffee was just average. The location is good . THe wallpaper is very pretty. The view from the window is good. The safe did not work. There was no battery in it. We got a family room, the small living room was nice. the wifi was average, not slow but not high speed either. The man and woman at the front desk are very professional and nice.

The location is very strategic for night life , shopping and near in so many attractions but the building is dilapidated, needs to be improved . I was given a room with terrace but looks so scary and it seems the curtain were not washed for a long time . 繁華街にあって地下鉄駅に近く、利便性は最高です。フロントスタッフの対応もフレンドリーで親切でした。20年ほど前にも宿泊しましたが、部屋は昔のまま。同ビル本来のクラシックなムードを求める人にはいいけれど、機能的ではありません。また、7階レストランは夜にカラオケの音量がスゴい。12時前後には終わるようですが、気になる人は耳栓が絶対に必要かなと思います。

Tunnelmallinen hotelli hyvällä paikalla

Hotelli on loistavalla paikalla kävelykadulla kaupungin sydämessä, mutta huoneet ovat silti rauhallisia koska ovat yläkerroksissa. Huone oli tilava ja sängyt hyvät. Olen ollut Seventh Heavenissä useasti ja myös jatkossa. Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde ja mukava paikallinen tunnelma.
