The staff member we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. We were unaware of the dining options there when we booked so we did not take advantage of any of these options, but they would be worth investigating. "The majority of staff were excellent. On our second breakfast, there were different staff. The waitress raised her eyes at me when I asked for the black and white puddings to be removed from my Irish breakfast. I was surprised as I had specifically stated that I did not want black or white puddings?! The restaurant was not quick to remove used plates from the table either.
