Breakfast below par. Big queue for coffee machine as one was out of beans. Same the next day.
Hot food (or as it was warm) one side of the restaurant, ketchups the other side in the fridge having to spoon it in there.
A lot of the tables were under air con outlets and was cold
Bad design in room, black surround around the bed, head butted it several times in the dark.
Destinct lack of electric sockets that were easy to use. Next to the tv, linking to a power hub, but only 1 3 pin socket..which didn't work others near the bed were so low, the flex was put under stress when trying to of in.
Shower and bathroom were nice though.
Stayed in plenty of Crowne Plazas around the country, but will avoid this one in the future

"Everything was amazing. Great location and lovely staff. The view from breakfast and the terrace bar was great. 2 things to improve that really hot under my skin.... Breakfast wasn't great. And the hotel bar is extremely overpriced. We paid 10£ for 2 cups of tea (tea bag tea!!!) and alcohol and soft ..."
