"I have visited Rixos in 2022 and was so happy with everything. 3 Years later it was completely different story: the rooms were very basic, no robes, flat pillows, towels with small holes. The food varieties went downhill. What was very strange is the amount of "supervising" staff in the main restaurant and still the service was hectic and disappointing. "Fantastic All-Inclusive Stay! Amazing amenities, great food, and exceptional hospitality. The kids club was brilliant also. Dining options were varied and delicious (à la carte restaurants Toro Loco, L’Olivo and Bodrum as well as the buffet on the main restaurant). The staff made us feel truly welcome. A perfect family getaway!"
