"Front desk staff member was extremely helpful and friendly when we checked and it was a pleasure speaking with him! We are pleasantly surprised at how well the room looked. Nothing was run down or broken. Everything was newly done I believe and looked great. Like the fact that we had a freezer, that was always a plus bed was comfortable! The grounds were in spotless condition. It was a pleasure staying here! One of our better experiences with motels, which we often stay! "

"Upon arrival, we got told that they did not have our room available (we paid for a delixe jacuzzi room) and they want to put us in a regular room with a walk-in shower. We had to call Expedia to have this resolved. Our room was dusty but we were so exhausted after getting there that we just took the room offered. We called to request for pillows and towels and only got a voicemail. No one brought anything that evening or the next day. While at our floor, a bellman shouted at my spouse to return the hotel luggage cart while he was STILL using it to bring our stuff inside our room. Why do you need to shout? You can just say ‘please bring it back downstairs when you are done.’ We requested for room service on our 3rd day. We came back around 2pm and our room was still not serviced. We saw the housekeeping lady next door and asked her. She literally said to us she will not clean our room. This was our 2nd time staying at the property and the service has significantly gone downhill from our stay last year. There is no pool or other amenities aside from the casino (which we did not even go to). Needless to say, we will not be back and we do NOT recommend staying here. It was such a waste of money."

"This is my go to location. Everything was great the breakfast and the staff were the best part. Jorge checked in with us during our stay and made sure we were taken care of. I will definitely return. "

"Pros: the hotel was quiet, clean, and in a great location for FIU. Cons: The “suite” was small and pricey, the hot water was warm and had no pressure, and the breakfast selection was pretty bland with a limited selection even for continental. "

"The only thing that I wish I could have had was a coffee maker in my room. Everything else was great!! Fresh towels and empty garbages daily!"

"Ancient property but nice staff and the pool was microscopic, egg texture was like eating a spatula , only good thing on menu was cinnamon roll, I don’t know why there was an auction going on in the lobby but it’s whatever, overall 4/10."
