Usually very calm and relaxing hotel with excellent food and service. The New Year’s Eve event was quite spectacular. The beach bar and a la Carte restaurants were a nice addition. Only issues were excessive noise on one morning from the hotel next door and a very noisy aqua class

For the price I paid for the room and especially when compared to other higher end, "all inclusive" hotels I've stayed at in the past, this place was quite mediocre and I would not pay to stay here again. The room was not particularly spacious in any way. There are two pools, both rather small. When I asked for a towel at the poolside, it was as if I was asking for something unusual and they had to call two different people just to bring me a towel. They don't keep towels near the pool??? I don't like to eat meat so at the restaurant I asked about seafood options and was told that there is a seafood buffet for a $53USD additional charge! At a supposedly "all inclusive" hotel??? I asked at the restaurant if they had cocktails and asked for a simple gin and tonic which, I'm not kidding, was brought to me room temperature, no ice at all. All of these things would be forgivable if it weren't for the fact that I paid more than $200 a night. Next time I stay in Sharm I'll just save money and stay at a more budget-friendly place.

We had an incredible stay at Iberotel. Thank you to Farouk and Hassan at the front desk, and all restaurant and bar staff for making our stay so great! The food was delicious and they accommodated our dietary restrictions. The resort is clean, the rooms are big, the water pressure in the shower was perfect. We hope to be back in Iberotel soon! We had a wonderful stay!
