"Great hotel"

"The place is close to most places in the Galilee area and is great for families with kids. The view of the lake from the dining room is fantastic but you don't have access to the water. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only drawback was that we found the AC made the room initially too cold so we turned it off. There are lots of places to go for walks and a canoe/paddle boarding rental near by access from Yardenit down the road."

"the room was not to clean but not bad"

"Lovely place in a great location. The staff is awesome and so helpful. Great place."

"Great hotel with wonderful people. Spacious room, comfortable and well maintained, plus a lovely balcony. Peaceful location slightly away from the main tourist centre but an easy walk and very close to bus stops. Would definitely come back and stay longer. Really appreciated the friendly welcome."

"EVERYTHING was great. The food was amazing! It was family friendly and the staff was very nice"

"Amazing property, staff very helpful. Breakfast very nice and family friendly. Wonderful place to stay"

"This hotel was our best stay in Israel."

"The room as well as the elevators were dirty! A large group of young people from USA arrived to Hotel and there was a lot of noises, screaming, out loud music even late evenings but administration did nothing to calm down. Swimming pool and Gym open only from 10:00 am to 5 pm Breakfast was VERY GOOD!! "

"Great location. Great view Clean room"

"awesome architecture and character"

"View of the Sea of Galilee was amazing. The front desk was able to arrange a taxi service that took credit cards and took me to all the holy sites I wanted to see and more."

"The owners and staff very kind and helpfulI Ive wanted to celebrate Pesach in Israel...they graciously invite my Brother and I to join their family..."

"It was fine for one night. Good breakfast selection. The receptionist needs to work on his people skills because he is working with the public and is the first impression that people see upon arrival"

"Customer service was excellent, the hotel is clean, beautiful swimming pool and great view! "

"The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was good & service also. However, the cleaning products used by the hotel had an overpowering, pervasive perfumey smell that was awful. And altho the hotel was almost empty, they put all 3 of our rooms facing the very busy, very noisy (all night) Main Street. It was only for 2 nights, so we didn’t ask to change it, but if going again, I’d definitely request otherwise. "

"Front desk staff was great! But we had to change rooms 3 times. The first two were old and door broken/ no WiFi. The third room was actually like the picture in the advertisement. Very disappointed For a 9.2 star rated hotel . It is more like 3 star hotel depending on what room they give you."

"We came to visit hot bath of Teberias. It was close to the Hotel. The stay was fine."

"It was ok. Good food, decent room, nice heated pool and parking. Price was fair market at 231 with dinner."

"Beautiful, clean well furnished room with a gorgeous view of the Sea of Galilee, sumptuous delicious meals in restaurants, helpful and very pleasant staff! Loved every minute! Fabulous hotel!"
