"Stay was good. But the front desk could be more friendly. Do not use their shuttle. We waited at the airport for more than 30 min. We called the hotel and the hotel says the shuttle can run anywhere from 15 to 45 min. However, that’s not what they said when we booked parki no with them at the front desk. "

"Since our flight left at 6:35am, the 4 am shuttle driver was bright & cheery wishing us all good travels. We asked when checking in & they made us breakfast to go which consisted of water, apple, & a muffin. Just perfect for a early start! The hospitality lady at 8:30 pm on 9/23 was friendly & very welcoming. E had a pleasant, short stay "

"The hotel area, in general, is very clean and quiet. Our room was clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. There were no disturbances during our stay although there were a few loiterers in the parking lot. Waffle House is right across the street in east walking distance."
