"I stayed in room 426 and all I heard all night freeway noise because it’s too close to interstate five"

"The hotel is not being maintained. The woodwork is damaged and not painted. The coffee maker was unusable. The pillows were lumpy and old . The shower curtain was ready to fall off. The light switches and electrical outlets were old and dirty."

"Place was nice but i was placed above noisy and obnoxious people that ruined my stay. Also the breakfast was was inedible which was disappointing being there is no other place around to eat. The place and room are nice but unfortunately I would not return."

"Good mattresses, clean bathrooms & larger showers with floors less slippery than the ceramic bathtubs . One negative . . . all the luggage trollys are up in the lobby where there are currently no guest rooms while our building had No trollys & it was a LONG walk to the to the building with the lobby ."

"Check-in took 45 minutes from when I got to the counter. Staff didn’t know how to retrieve my reservation which was booked through Expedia. Then they didn’t know how to make a room key, because they were unable to log into their computer program. The room itself was fine, but with the location so close to the highway, there was incredibly loud traffic noise all night. I would avoid this hotel "

"Beds were pretty awful like extremely cheap and bedding wasn't cozy at all... For a Hilton and the cost I am surprised and wouldn't stay again. "

"The only good thing I have to say about this hotel is the staff assigned me a room close to my parking spot since I had my cat carrier, portable litter box and my suitcase to slep into the room. The not so good part is the beds, yes both, were awful. If you’ve ever laid down and had wire springs poking your back no matter were on the mattress you are laying, you understand the problem. I do not recommend this hotel! "
