Your booking confirmation should have stated the opening times of our restaurant and we also include in the pre-check in information prior to arrival both restaurant and reception opening times. Good afternoon Mark, Thank you for your kind words about Brocco being a lovely place to stay in Sheffield. We really appreciate your feedback at this is a tricky time. We have instigated a contactless check in and check out as we felt the majority of our customers would welcomed this – but it doesn’t always sit well with everyone. We have tried to keep the personal touch by not losing our little details; homemade biscuits or cakes on arrival in your room, fresh milk and carafes of water, an honesty bar to help yourself to drinks and the introduction of the breakfast bag to make sure everyone has the option of a breakfast. We have gone even further in our cleaning regimes and do spend a great deal of time and effort making sure our rooms are top notch and worth the value. We have had to close the restaurant a couple of days a week to protect ourselves going forward with staffing. We are sorry if you felt this inconvenienced your stay but I want to reassure we are here and still always thinking of our customers even if we are a little more in the background at this time to keep everyone safe. We hope to see you again in the near future and can't wait for things to get back to normal.
