真心的評價

一間四星酒店，很大的健身房，設備也齊全。而浴室鏡有發熱裝置，也很體貼。但畢竟酒店比較舊，房內裝修家私已經過時及損壞，（但酒店大堂很吸引），基本星級酒店嘅冰都沒有，而最大問題就是被鋪和毛巾都干不透，而床頭也沒有電源，而電視節目都不是數碼廣播。（比人感覺店主再不想投資。）以六百幾這個價銭我有好多選擇，（例如彭年，單楓白露都比它便宜但設備比它好）。如沒改善應該不會再來了。

Property poorly maintained. Reception staff very rude as usual. No fridge unless ask for and need to bring from other room. .Aircon very noisy. Last stayed at this hotel was Nov 19 and with no glass door at shower causing the toilet requested as though there is nothing wrong with it

房間和設施很舊。非吸煙房間都有很大煙味。接待人員不太有善，沒有笑容，說話也不望你一眼。位置是很好，地鐵一出便到達。周邊也有很多食店。

想像以上に立派なホテルでした。部屋も広く、大きな机があったのがうれしかったです。禁煙ルームをお願いしたところきちんと禁煙ルームを確保いただけました。部屋にバスタブが無かったことは残念でしたが、総じて満足です。問題のあったのは以下の3点です。・クーラーの温度設定を高く(25度)したが、実際の温度は低いまま(21度)で設定変更が反映されない様でした。・部屋のセーフティボックスが(接触不良のためか)正常にロックできず、誤動作への怖さから使用しませんでした。・バスルームにやや下水のような臭いがありました。

酒店位置方便，值得入住。

酒店位置方便，皇岡村站D出口，即到達酒店。酒店對面是水圍村，這裏食店林立，酒店旁都有食街，食這方面不成問題。酒店房間清潔可以。這次是本人第一次入住，未來有機會都會繼續入住。

不值４.5星级酒店

我是選三人入住，但提供一間吸煙房，及一份早餐。我入住當天已更改房間並補加二份早餐補。房內的所有用具都不足，此乎沒有三人入住的準備。欠拖鞋，牙刷套裝。想勉强使用淋浴液但份量很可足，室内的清潔很－般，傢俬多有破相的痕跡但沒有修補，行動電話充電又失靈睡枕太軟不舒適，晚上的泠氣未能調校，有些熱，一部空氣過慮機發出的風聲很嘈。很不明我住８１５室，早上七時已有人敲擊，持續二小時。我太太要投訴，我因已起床就作罷，我可不相信是客人做成，除非有精神問題。而旅遊的查询亦未能提供於房內，而大堂的服務員亦未能提供小册子有関附近及深圳的景点或地圌。失望！
