Great locale , not so easy to find. Good stay
Very convenient location. Exit LuoWu immigration building and go to far left to take long escalator up. Follow signs for Fulin hotel (Chinese name). Almost missed it looking for Best Western. Take escalator up and then take escalator ahead down and keep heading in direction of Fulin Hotel. There are some steps. Another few hundred feet when you reach street level. Easy walk.

This is a very old hotel. WiFi doesn’t work. No room service. No taxis. You have to ask hotel desk and they will rob you and call their select driver to drive you for 4 times the price. It was a real bad experience staying here. No WiFi, no room service, no taxis???

Great rooms and beds, beautiful river views. The massage center on the 8th floor is superior and very reasonable. Major shopping malls in walking distance and good service for all staff.

Good value and very clean
Comfortable and clean old thing near the HK boarder crossing. All the public areas have been extensively renovated but the rooms only superficially. A little bit out of the way in terms of options for food and walking, but not too far from the MRT. Room was a little dated but very clean. Breakfast was so-so.

Good location. Pricey compare to nearby hotels. Rubbish, unfriendly and even rude staff at the Reception counter. Long faces and poor English (and Cantonese). I have been to better establishments.

This hotel commits fraud to Expedia and I will tell you how it's done. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights (2 people were coming). When we arrived at ~13.00 local time, girl at reception could not find our reservation. At all. But offered to buy directly from hotel. OKay.. After a long talk - English is not so perfectly spread in China even at hotels, we got into rooms. Not mentioning that girl mismatched names and gave wrong wifi passes, I found that was charged 3 times - 1 time for $250 and 2 time for $75 each. I came down to reception to talk to manager and he told me it's a fine for noshow........ Thats fraud, because even boarding starts at 14.00 usually, how co=ould fine be applied? When I argued, they told fine would be cancelled, but they cancelled only one, $75 is still on hold. Do not even come close to shi hotel, fraud is everywhere!

not the first time i’m staying at this hotel, high value for the overall deal considering the price versus the facilities of the hotel, minor improvement suggested is to install electric sockets near the bed for the sake of convenience. One deep minus for this booking. I checked in at midnight 1am while being considerably tired and sleepy. However, the reception couldn’t locate my booking with the booking no. I’ve provided. They took quite a while to process my check in and, to my surprise they doubled my deposit from CNY 500 to CNY1000 and that’s more than double of the price I paid for the room. Their staff claimed it as not an issue cause the deposit will be fully refunded at check out but i felt deeply offended with the low efficiency of service and fairness of treatment experienced.
