住房大致還好，房價也合理。退房時請前枱叫車 也馬上叫 但等了15分鐘車沒來 再問一次才打去問車行，還是沒來 再問說快到 結果等30分鐘都沒到 最後自己叫網約車。應是車行問題 但酒店人員跟催也不專業。那家車行要淘汰了。

辦理入住才告知沒有入住紀錄、聯絡hotel.com始能解決問題、浪費一個多小時。酒店睡床尚算舒適，不過地毯和沙发給人不是很干淨的感覺。

Bestern western hotel is in Baoan in shenzhen. It is not far away from Baoan airport, 30~40 minutes by cab. There's shopping mall with some chinese restaurant near by hotel. I use this hotel as it is quite comfortable with reasonable price. I am ok hotel is just clean in the room as I usually do not use any facility in hotel.

Overall a great hotel, Western brand with Chinese management so some small expectations miss the mark a little. However, staff very helpful and friendly with at least a couple on shift with a grasp of English. room layout and appointments are very good. 酒店房间还算宽敞,水龙头出水不畅,因为只住一晚,也没有联系修理,房间设计有问题,窗帘无法完全遮光,早晨取车时也没有服务人员,再到门口找人打开车库.酒店也不支持到店付款,中国大陆太少酒店支持到店付款.如果不是需要停留在这个地区,以后应该不会再选择这里.
