I stayed there for 10 days and the hotel is quite convenient. It is well located, close to a mall that opens until 10 pm. and close to the subway, so it’s easy to get around. The personnel is always willing to help and the amenities (laundry, gym) added value. Totally recommended.

I was assigned to level 40. I was well taken care by the housekeeper. They did my housekeeping on a daily basis. Front lobby is helpful but may have difficulties understand basic English.

We are waiting for property to come back to us, for the complain of the smell of cigarette in the room. The housekeeper mainly use the fragance spray to spray the room, claiming there is no smell. Next the manager was called to experience herself the small in the room and corridor and the smell is so obvious. Manager add me on wechat, till date there is no response.
