My booking was moved a week earlier and I really struggled to get hold of someone from the hotel that understood they should let hotels.com know that there shouldn't be another booking going on my account the following week. Struggled to get hold of hotels.com as well. Further all was well.

BEST water pressure in all China!! Most intense water pressure I’ve felt, and I’ve traveled to Beijing, Xi’an, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Shanghai, and Shenzhen for work. This shower is better than Marriotts, Westins, Novotels, etc. in China. Perfectly clean and reasonable hotel for business travel.

Avoid this hotel
I have stayed in this hotel for 3 days, however my experience with staff (Reception) was not very good. They just do not understand what you are trying to say. Overall behaviour of staff, especially the afternoon/evening staff (on reception) was terrible. You should avoid this hotel if you do not understand Chinese, wifi doesn't work well.
