"The tents offered a comfortable stay, but the property is compact with limited family activities. Being on the main road to Ganesh Temple (1 km away) brings traffic noise at night, affecting sleep comfort.
Staff is really friendly and welcoming."

"Spent 2 days here and had a great experience. Excellent food - both breakfast and dinner. Quiet place with basic amenities. The cottage was adequate for a short stay and the staff was friendly. Enjoyed the wild life, mainly monkeys, within the property as well.
The only negative point was the internet. The wifi was extremely slow and not much 4G coverage inside the room so wifi was the only option."
"Great place to stay for safaris in Ranthambore if pickups are part of your safati package. Hotel is only accessible by a 1-2 km-long dirt road which is not uber accessible. Be aware that getting out to do stuff is therefore difficult if you don't have a driver waiting or pickup by gypsy jeep for safari. That said, hotel is a nice retreat between safaris. Staff were kind and caring though few spoke English. Laundry service was inexpensive and wonderful. Buffets plentiful but Indian dishes were less elevated than some in the Indian premium hotel buffet competition! Room was spacious. Furnishings and decor not fancy but certainly comfortable. Bed was wonderful. Linens high quality. Bathroom midern, clean with a great shower. Gym spacious but modestly equipped. Pool large and clean. Live entertainment at dinner was loud and intrusive though some guests loved it. Standout at this hotel was spacious room and caring staff. Just be aware of the issue with road access if you're not happy being stuck at the hotel between safaris. "
"We had a lovely stay at Aranya Vilas in Ranthambore as a family of three with a young child.
It was a welcomed break from the hustle and bustle of the city, a green oasis quiet enough to let us switch off but also conveniently only at 10mins from the National Park entrance. We went on three drives and saw 8 tigers, so that was a fantastic experience too.
From start to finish we were taken care of by attentive staff who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The pool was an added plus, as well as the Fort visit organised by the hotel team.
Would recommend staying here if visiting Ranthambore."
"Fantastic staff and clean quiet location. Opi (hotel manager) was so helpful. He arranged great safaris for us even though we had not booked anything in advance. Great people, great place!"
"Lovely little hotel, we were only here for a day but the staff were great, the massage was lovely and the food was delicious.
Ranthanbore doesn’t have a huge amount or huge from in terms of accommodation, so if you’re looking for a budget friendly option that has great service and a lovely pool then you can’t go wrong with this place.
We were actually booked into another hotel but checked out as the staff were rude and other problems, so this place was a welcome break.

"The room was nice but no fridge or hair dryer, but we got an iron on request. There was no safe in the room as advertised.
The hotel was nice but everything there was incredibly overpriced, it felt very money grabbing as they wanted to charge you for literally everything. The issue is that it is so far away from anything else, it is a taxi ride into town - when we asked for a price from the staff we were told that if we book ourselves it will be 1,500 rupee, but if they booked for us they would need to add a further 800/1,000. Again, unnecessary overcharging.
We were told they did a full à la cart menu but only offered a buffet which again was over priced.
Staff were very friendly and attentive.
Overall I wouldn't stay here again, it was a 3 star hotel and not a 4 star. If you’re looking for a budget hotel only for safari, then it’s perfectly fine, but be prepare for the additional charges. "
