"I really appreciated how every staff member and to name a few names that we can remember - Sabrina and every staff in the executive lounge, the new executive chef Matt, and his team of waiting staff and chefs, conceige staff Mark and his team. We had a rocky trip because my husband became unwell in the trip but their caring and personable attitude with the willingness to go the extra mile has eased the pain to some extent. "The room was very clean and tidy daily. However, we had issues with the bathroom bidet not working properly. Unfortunately this was not resolved during our stay. The TV was also not functioning properly during our stay. Definitely recommend the daily breakfast option. The quality and selection is excellent. Location wise, very easy to get around and roughly 50min away from Pudong international airport. "

"This hotel has the greatest location, which is just few steps from metro station & also within walking distance from the Jinan temple. There are lots of good restaurant choices around the area, from local food and as well as high end restaurants. With its convenient location, it made my trip much easier and enjoyful. I highly recommend it."

"Stayed 8 nights. Hotel room is showing its age, but is clean, spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping staff very friendly and attentive. Self serve laundry is a bonus. Coffee at the lobby is surprisingly good. Love the location near River for my morning walks. Excellent value for money. "

"The spa is very relaxing. Kids loved spa, they enjoyed watching TV and having spa at the same time. Location is excellent and is close to everything. The garden is also excellent. They provided wonton and drink everyday and delivered to door which saved us lots of chaos. We had a lovely time in the hotel"
