"Went to a different hotel "

"Room 241 on the top floor with no lift service was an issue to climb 4 flights of stairs. On account of having recent treatment for an arthritic knee, made it painful to climb 4 flights of stairs. It would be useful to include the ‘no lift’ information on the hotel’s website. That said room was clean, staff friendly and good service great."

"We had a really enjoyable stay at Hotel Riu Palace Jamaica overall. The pools were clean and well-maintained, and the staff truly stood out — everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout the trip. The food was excellent for the most part. Nearly everything we tried was delicious and well-prepared. The only exception was the lobster, which unfortunately was overcooked and rubbery both times we ordered it. The room was a bit dated and had a few minor issues, but nothing that significantly impacted our stay. Entertainment wasn’t their strongest area, but there was still enough to keep things enjoyable. All in all, it was a great vacation. The positives definitely outweighed the negatives, and we would absolutely come back."

"Do not stay here!!! This a fraud. The name says it is a resort but don’t be fooled. It is NOT!!! . These are condos which people own and rent them out. They are extremely dirty, no one is ever available for cleaning the rooms or replacing any towels or other necessities. No restaurant in the building as stated on the website, and false pictures of a different building. We had to go back and forth with Expedia to get us out of there. Still working with Expedia for the return. It was an extremely stressful experience."
