"We recently stayed at S Hotel Montego Bay at the end of July 2026, and it was one of the best boutique hotels we've ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We were welcomed by the concierge and front desk with a refreshing welcome drink. Although our room wasn't quite ready, we relaxed by the pool, enjoyed some great food and drinks, and immediately felt like we were on vacation. The hotel offers fantastic daily activities, and we ended up participating in almost all of them! A special shout-out to Rashai, who was absolutely amazing. She was energetic, engaging, and somehow knew us by name after just the first day. She truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was spacious, modern, spotless, and had an incredible view of the beautiful Doctor Cave Beach. The beach was everything we hoped forโcrystal-clear, calm water, soft sand, and kept impeccably clean. The beach staff were outstanding, always friendly, helpful, and happy to chat. They went above and beyond by setting up our chairs and even bringing drinks out to us while we were relaxing in the ocean. The food exceeded our expectations. Whether we were eating at the pool bar, the buffet, or one of the hotel's three gourmet restaurants, every meal was delicious. The portions were generous, everything was well-seasoned and beautifully presented. If you're looking for an upscale boutique resort that's peaceful the. S-Hotel is your place."

"The entire staff at this resort were very friendly, accommodating and smiling all the time. This was a welcoming experience because itโs very rare at most resorts in Jamaica where the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. The only downside didnโt realize that both properties were that close in proximity that would have help for better planning for this particular trip. No iron in any of the rooms had to call twice before receiving one. Jerome at the Xayama restaurant was amazing. The buffet was typical donโt really care for buffet however the ร la carte restaurants were good."

"This was our first time at this resort. The property has a wonderful feel, set in the Montego Bay area. The location is spacious and the views are both stunning and gorgeous!! The beach is small but the beach access is extremely easy. The amenities are wonderful, and the entertainment is lively and very well-planned. The restaurants offer significant variety and the food is wonderful. But here is the hidden gem - the staff! The staff - customer service staff, restaurant wait staff and housekeeping staff are top notch, professional and very attentive, without being overbearing. This resort is a canโt miss! A true gem of the Caribbean!!!"
