"Staff amazing, very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. The property is located across the road from Doctors Cave beach and the hotel gives you a free pass daily to go if you ask reception. I'd recommend avoiding the day cruises are in but the beach is beautiful!! The hotel food is lovely and varied daily. The rooms are spacious with a very comfy bed and powerful shower. We booked excursions from the taxi place and Chukka, both within the hotel. Great place. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. For me, it was the best hotel food I've had. Would certainly look to go back another time. Only thing I would change is that i wished there was a sink in the toilet area. "

"The property was beautiful and in a very central location to everything. Any issues we had with our room was handled right away. Staff and front desk workers were all nice and friendly. The breakfast each morning was excellent! I would recommend this Hotel to friends and family!"

"It was my first time at an all inclusive and I’m truly glad we went with RIU. It was an amazing resort. Very clean and well maintained. Everything was easily accessible and such a beautiful place. The staff were so kind and helpful, the food was good. Definitely plan on returning in the future."

"We wanted to try this and save a little money since our flight was due in late. Read reviews and opted to do one night ant Toby’s and head to our all inclusive the next morning early. While the room was clean and the staff we met nice. The location and community accessibility put our safety into question. It did have a privacy wall surrounding the hotel, but the police were very active all through the night driving past our room with lights and sirens. Overall I will choose to spend the extra at San Souci for the peace of mind next time. "
