"I paid 5000 yen to upgrade to a clean room and it was facing to the garden, dinner in the hotel was nice and it was adjacent to a shopping no mall and outlet mall which were very convenient."

"The property has great access to Sendai station and the surrounding shops. The building is secure and has extremely useful amenities like laundry which was extremely easy to use. When I checked in the staff was well trained, some of them even have a great level of English proficiency and even when there were language difficulties the concierge handled them courteously and clearly. I recommend this hotel to anyone."
