"The hotel is about 15 min drive from tbe airport. The free shuttle from and to the airport is very convenient and pre-booking it was easy. It arrives and departs on time – a certainty which helps enormously with one's planning. Check-in was efficient and reception staff helpful. They use an online translation tool which facilitates more complex communication. The room was spacious, very clean, the beds were comfortable and having a soft and a firm pillow was a great touch. Everything was in perfect working order, the water pressure was excellent, wifi was good. The hotel provides free earplugs if you are bothered by aircraft noise. At the time of writing this, there is also noise during business hours from construction works. Room cleaners were very kind and obliging. Breakfast was good. Within the hotel there are some snacks and drinks for purchase, as well as a kitchen that serves hot meals. A laundry facility is also available. We'd gladly stay at this hotel again."

"Free airport shuttle but upon arrival need to call to arrange so abit troublesome though have given advance notice and information on flight arrival. Staff are friendly and room is clean but managed to spot and kill a mosquito. Like to play with 小度, which can play song, help to on tv and other automated task. Fun and great stay with convenient shops and food stalls nearby."

"We only stayed overnight so we didn't have time to use other amenities but I'm sure they are as goood as everything else about this hotel. We have already stayed here twice and will be staying there again everytime we go to Guangzhou. It’s a bit far from tourist spots so we used Didi but I saw a Metro station entrance closeby. There is a cheap clothes shop beside the hotel. Clothes were cheap but really good quality, a convenience store at the back and restaurants around open until late. We went to the barbeque tent which is about 2 minutes walk away, great barbeques especially the chicken also great service. I have plenty more nice things to say about this hotel but I think this review is already too long LOL....to add as a bonus are great team of staff. Friendly and accomodating. "
