The staff is very accommodating, the included breakfast and optional dinner are excellent. And the several touristic sites, including two villas and gardens, as well as the castle are worth the visit."

"Wonderful place! The staff is great and the room was the perfect size with wonderful amenities! There are plenty of food options around and it’s about a 5 minute walk from the tram station! Each room also has its own AC where some hotels in Japan only have central AC it was nice to have personal control."
