Great location but still was quiet at night. Super easy to get to all main locations in kyoto. The room was huge and plenty of room to open luggage. I liked how the toilet was separate from the shower.

Very spacious and very comfortable room. All staff very professional. Breakfast buffet - good selection but as with many buffets food was warm rather than hot.
