Reception staff were friendly and attentive. Location is OK. Beds were very soft and pillows quite old compared to other hotels we stayed at in Japan. We found the apartment clearly wasn’t vacuumed well with hairs in the bathroom and down the side of the bed.

Monday Apartments in Hamamatsucho was a perfect choice for our trip to Tokyo. The rooms were spacious and immaculate. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was in a quiet neighborhood close to multiple transportation options. Highly recommend!

The room was great. Small as usual but just enough space for family of 5. Location was a bit out of town but still cloae enough. Great super markets across the road and 7/11 around the corner. It is inconvenient with 1 lift only, the staff were friendly. There are no phones to call reception so need to go to reception in person.

"【客室について】 古さは感じられますが、概ね良好でした。広い和室で、小さい子どもも機嫌良く過ごすことができました。 【温泉・入浴施設】 数種類の温泉があり、とても気持ちが良かったです。ただし、21時で終了してしまうのが残念でした。 （21時以降も宿泊者用のお風呂があるようですが、大浴場ではないため利用しませんでした） 基本的に日帰り温泉客に焦点を当てた運営をされている印象を受けました。 【接客対応】 対応してくださったスタッフの方は、とても気さくで親しみやすい方でした。お友達のような距離感での対応で、悪くはないのですが、ホテルの接客としては少し違和感がありました。嫌いではないのですが… ..."
