"The hotel was clean and staff was nice. When I travel I get hotels with breakfast included. They said they had breakfast which the guy the checked us in said there would be eggs, yougurt, muffins, oatmeal. When i came down at 7 there was only oatmeal and muffins. They had no bowls or silverware for oatmeal or hot water to use on oatmeal. Came back down at 8 same thing was disappointed in false advertisement"

"There was an issue on expedias end I have contacted both the hotel and Expedia well in advance after arriving to Pittsburgh and having no place to stay. No one has helped me. My next step is to challenge it on my credit card."

"Expedia asked me to upgrade my room for extra $11. I agreed. That extra $11 got me an extra living space which consisted of a couch and chair that were filthy / torn and had cigarette burns. We had to put a towel on it to sit Front desk most unhelpful - no better rooms - lots of ppl stay in this hotel long term so be aware that it is not really a hotel for short stay. Expedia - I expect better from you -"
