"I loved this place! It was located in a very quiet part of greater Tokyo and it was really nice and easy to walk around the neighborhood. I especially liked how close to it was to different restaurants and Oji Station. Please take advantage of the late nights walks you can go on and enjoy each detail because it is what makes this place so special. Will for sure book again if I go back to Japan anytime soon. "This is by far my favorite hotel that I've stayed in in Tokyo and I'll always leave a review every time I stay here. Despite being about an 8 minute walk to Ikebukuro Station, the location connected directly to Sunshine City Mall and the proximity to all the stores in Otome Road make this hotel the prime location for the last few days of my Japan trips to get all my shopping in. There's a convenient Family Mart located downstairs by the elevators and the lobby, luggage forwarding to different hotels, and direct access to the Airport Limousine that goes right to Haneda/Narita Airport so no need to deal with crowded trains or a taxi. Highly recommend the Deluxe Twin Room on a Panorama Floor for a bit more space and an unbeatable view!"

"We absolutely enjoyed our time at Tokyu Stay Ikebukuro. The staff were very friendly and welcoming! Room was very clean and tidy. And also great that the room came with a Washing Machine. Very convenient to do your laundry without having to leave the room or hotel. We recommend reserving a bigger room if you plan on brining multiple bags and luggages when traveling to Tokyo."

"This hotel had a lot of perks that made our trip overall very comfortable. The dining lounge with a microwave and cutlery made take out dinners with our group of 5 very convenient. You also get 1 drink vending machine token per guest per night so everyday before we headed out we grabbed a tasty drink to bring with us. There are multiple free to use laundry machines and 2 coin operated laundry machines. most of the time the free to use laundry machines were taken so we just used the coin laundry machines. The proximity to Tabata station was also very nice, just a stone's throw away from the Yamamoto line to get to the rest of Tokyo. We didn't use the gym or the onsen during our stay but they seemed very accessible. The hotel also has a lot of small items you can borrow like a clothing iron, luggage scale, charging cords and more. The room's are tight as expected for a central Tokyo hotel room, so just be mindful of how large of a suitcase you're bringing, you'll be storing it under your bed, which worked for our 2 carry ons, 2 backpacks, and then all the items we bought throughout the trip. They also provide comfortable pajamas which was a pleasant surprise."
