"Beautiful, natural setting on a crystal clear creek with kayaking, hiking, and fishing to enjoy. Breakfast was good. The owners and staff were terrific. We left something behind, and they went out of their way to track us down and help return our lost items. "

"Everything was neat and tidy, with a bento breakfast thrown in and cheap parking on a lot out the back, for an affordable price. The staff were all good too. There's a Gust restaurant next door and a Lawson across the road. However, the doors were a little low for tall people, the corridors aren't air conditioned and I'd prefer a regular buffet breakfast rather than eating a bento in my room."

"Completely beautiful. Everything is perfect, the atmosphere, the delicacy, the lighting, the artwork, the music, the service. Rumi, Kenji and other members of staff are so so friendly. They made me feel like I was in a home away from home. Whilst also having a completely unique experience. The private hot spring bath outdoors at the back of the hotel is out of this world. So dreamy. Beppu is an incredible space and city to be in and staying here just made it so much more special."
