"I booked the property through Expedia and paid a non-refundable room charges on 1st Aug 2022. When I arrived at the hotel to check-in, they told me we have received no voucher from Expedia. The front office staff said, we have removed our listing on Expedia and not sure why it's still appearing there and allowing people to book our rooms. I WANT MY NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES BACK. WHOEVER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS MESS I DON'T CARE. JUST REFUND THE ROOM CHARGES WHICH I PAID."

"It was nicely built and located. But not well maintained. Found cockroaches in toilets, toilet doors did not close, molds growth on bathroom screen, some rooms did not have water supply late in the night. Positive part: they have a decent restaurant and most of the staffs are good"

"Terrible service, had hooligans making loud noises from 1.15am through 3am. Despite various attempt to ask staff to stop the noises, nothing was done. Also staff is not aware about privacy rights of the guests as someone informed our room number and the hooligans kept ringing the bell and knocking the door to disturb us even more. Very bad experience staying, the bedding was not clean also the floor was not properly cleaned. Not looking forward to staying again. "
