There are 2 entries to the parking to the hotel one was via a narrow and dark lane which was bit challenging the other one was via the main road next to expressway which one might missed easily as it was not shown on map.

忘れ物をしたんですが、送料無料で自宅まで送ってくれました。

ホテルに忘れ物をしました。後日電話で確認したところ、忘れたものがあったのですぐに送ってもらえました。それだけでも感謝なのに、送料もホテル負担で、私たちは何も支払いがありませんでした。とっても遠いところから行ったのに感謝です。静岡に行く機会が今後もあると思いますので、また利用したいと思います。とても気に入りました。 朝食とてもおいしかったです。

静岡に帰省する時は、いつも利用させてもらっています。大浴場があり、朝食と駐車場が込みの値段なので助かっています。 その為か、利用客が増えたようで宿泊代が高くなってしまい、その点は残念です。 今回は、希望した部屋と違った部屋を案内されましたが、すぐに対応していただいたので、問題はありません。 あと希望を言うなら、朝食の変化を希望します。

部屋は広くて綺麗でしたが、かなりタバコ臭かったです。 ベッドに置いたタオルに臭いが移ってしまいました。 タバコを吸う主人が臭いと言うくらい。 エレベーターホールから既に臭いがしてましたので、もう少し臭いをなんとかした方がいいと思いました。 そのほかは言うことありません。 また利用したいと思います。 ありがとうございました。
