Great small and clean business hotel. A little far from Shizuoka station, but with lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Room was small but fine.

Great hotel with great amenities including the free drink bar. Shopping around the hotel was amazing and was able to walk everywhere so it was nice and convenient!

Good experience all around. This may have been a mistake on my part, but we were given a smoking room and not a non-smoking room. It took a few sprays of the included air freshener, but the room smelled fine after that. Very nice bathroom. Accommodating staff; they made us massage reservations for a location next door, at our request.

The staff was very accommodating despite language barrier and were absolutely outstanding with their service. The facilities (bathroom, beds, room, and building) were very clean and well kept.

This hotel has an interesting combination of features. No phone in very small single room, and once-every-three-days cleaning (Eco!). But has fast Wi-Fi, public bath and relaxation area, restaurant area open for free beverages and chatting from the end of breakfast to 10pm. Breakfast buffet very passable and friendly staff also contribute to a pleasant stay.
