"The room was poorly maintained, the sheets were dirty, half the lights didn't work, the fridge didn't work in the room, the ice machine did not work, for over $200 a night expected a lot better, and if you want an hour extra to check out it's over $50. The TV barely worked, was not happy, even the Jacuzzi buttons were struggling to work"

"The quality was about what I expected for this price. Staff was friendly enough. But on my way to my room, near the rear stairwell, I observed a dead plant that seemingly hadn't watered in months. Which was a harbinger of things to come. The TV didn't function in the room. The fridge and A/C were so loud that I had to unplug them. And the bed linens smelled like cigarette smoke. Next time, I will try my luck elsewhere."
