"Available parking, front desk staff hospitable and welcoming. Housekeeping didn't seem to exist, after two days we had to ask for housekeeping to do cleaning and we had to ask for more toilet paper and tissues. Those two things were not restocked when housekeeping did clean upon request. "

"When the room next door was wildly partying from 12 - 4 am and I had to call security twice, the front desk was very unapologetic and the only thing they offered was to move my room. They said, well this happens sometimes at a casino. Like they were trying to tell us that we should lower our expectations about getting sleep because we're at a casino! We said we'd like them to comp the night as we didn't get a wink of sleep, but they said they could not do that. Why not may I ask? Is it too much to ask to at least be able to get some sleep at a hotel for the price we pay? After pressing them, they finally offered free breakfast, which also wasn't nearly enough.
