"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay overnight with the kids! We bought adjourning rooms and utilized the water park both days. The rooms were clean, up-to-date, and well maintained. The water park was quiet and perfect for our kids (ages 3 to 11). There is enough variety to keep everyone occupied, but it's a small enough place to see where the kids are. The lifeguards did a great job, not being overly particular, yet still keeping an eye on everyone. The staff in the hotel itself were friendly. Only 2 minor downsides were the showers at the water park (both in the men's and women's washrooms, 1 shower in each room didn't work correctly) and the other downside was not knowing the arcade only took cash. We intended to pay with a credit card. They had an ATM, but our card was declined, probably because we are from the U.S. and our card was preventing a fraudulent transaction- so no arcade for us. The rest of our stay was excellent! Keep up the great work; we'll be back :) "

"Room was fresh and clean, comfy beds and pillows, staff is friendly and efficient, pool and hot tub clean, lots of pool towels. We always stay here when we go to Niagara- they charge 25 for parking on property and 15 off property, next store, which in comparison is a good price. "
