The check-in process was quick and smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how spotless and beautifully maintained the property was. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping everything fresh and organized. "Was not a good experience whatsoever, turned up, staff member unhappy even though I had told them I will be coming a different time, no service whatsoever, please note the lift is on the first floor so if you have luggage you have to carry it up a set of stairs and the helpers come after you’ve dragged luggage yourselves "
