The room was comfortable, the hotel itself had a great feel about it making us feel at home. The gym and spa were fantastic. The food was superb and so were all the wait staff. Everyone was super attentive to all our needs. Highly recommend this hotel and in such a great location too. "

" I stayed at Fern Inn near Ballygunge Railway Station for 6 days, and my experience was genuinely amazing. The staff members were extremely helpful, and the host Avishek was experienced, polite, and very cool in nature. The owners were a very patient and humble couple, which made the overall stay even more comfortable. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and worth the price. Some reviews mentioned noise because of the nearby railway station, but I personally never felt any disturbance — it was peaceful throughout my stay. Overall, a wonderful experience with absolutely no negative points. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "
