"this has been rated and advertised as a four-star hotel but it is not. It is hardly a two star there is nobody at the lobby. After hours There is a cleaner/ receptionist Nepali guy who hardly speaks any English caveat emptor. No tissue paper in toilet , the room is smelly and outdated , did not feel safe "

"My stay is great. The hotel just had a renovation. Restaurants have new look. My bath room is new beds are new. Slightly under furniture but proofs no issue. My unit faces the road and a little noise but I'm used to it. Foreign traveller and the food is amazing and clean. Love to come back again."

"The hotel room and bathroom were small, but clean and comfortable. The bathroom smelled a bit. The soap provided by the hotel had a lovely lemongrass scent. Breakfast was delivered at the scheduled time, and the staff were very kind, even calling an Uber to take me to the airport. There are many restaurants nearby, so dinner is not a problem. "It was so bad, I keep getting scammed by Expedia. They should probably do a quality check to see which hotels and stays should be available for advertising. No towels, no fresh laundry, torn bedsheets, roaches everywhere. Just simply disgusting. "

"I booked it for my in-laws for 2 days here and my in-laws went there was no parking space and could not find parking at anywhere close to the property at 11:30 pm night and they were asked to park on the main road. We requested to cancel the booking as we can not park but it was not allowed as it seems parking availability is mentioned in the hotel description which is very hard to notice. We have not been paid any refund for the 2 days booking here."
