"Staff no friendly at all. The parking gate need to be fixed the room keys never worked to get in or out and we have to call the front desk so they can open the gate ,one day I have to get out of the car go to the front desk I was instructed to press the help button and we wait like 15 minutes to somebody answer the phone and open de gate "

"The room was clean. The breakfast was fresh and above average. The stairwells smelled of trash. I had to wait 40" beyond check in time for my room. "

"Front desk staff was excellent. I stayed for three days and one of the reasons I picked this hotel was the in-house restaurant and bar. Unfortunately, it is closed on Sundays and Mondays, 2 of the 3 nights I was there. No mention of that on their website."
