I had a week stay in Palm world. Everything was fabulous and nice except wifi internet which was slow. Beside that everything (food, beach, playing activities, pool, Hamam, Spa) was awesome. I’m also really thankful to the friendliest staff.

Preis Leistung sehr gut. Kleineres Hotel und daher sehr ruhig. Kein Massentourismus. Die Speisen waren wie vorgeschrieben durch eine Plexiglasscheibe abgetrennt.

Redelijk hotel, zeker niet 5-sterren waardig. De laatste twee sterren lijken gekocht en niet verdiend. Gemiddelde beoordeling van 6.6 reëel, zeker niet hoger. Simpel verzoek om factuur op naam de te zetten blijkt teveel moeite en bij telefonische navraag wordt de telefoon er op gedonderd…..

Woman at the front desk was absolutely horrible, wanted to charge me 10€ to get back into my own room after I had locked myself out... I asked to see a manager and she made me wait 15-20min for him whilst murmuring Turkish words to me which I could obviously hear but not understand. I’m not the kind of guy who writes reviews because I believe most are fake news but this lady, blue eyes, blonde highlights is a racist rude human being and I would never in a million years stay at this hotel even for free just because of how she treated me.

Otel cok güzeldi anlatılanların aksine yemek konusunda bence ceşit yeterliydi sonucta herkes yemeyeceği seyi de alıyor ziyan oluyor ama az değildi tabiki, lezzetleride güzeldi. Havuzu temizdi iyiydi. Tek sıkıntısı peçeteydi pecete yoktu otelde istemeyle geliyordu. Ha bir de park sorunu var araba park edecek yer yok cok uzaga park ediyosun dolu oluyor

Hej. Vi har varit 4 dagar på detta Hotel. Inte en enda dag städade de. På lobbyn, ljuset var alltid släkt. Folk trängde sig på obekväma, bar stolarna. Som tur bokade vi endast 4 dagar. Det här är absolut inte 5 stjärnig hotel

Nice and Clean but 4stars

We stayed in this hotel from 25-7 to 28-7 due the covid 19 there where only 10 guests in the hotel. The staf was friendly the doors of the rooms where open because ghey wherent booked. The lights where off in most places and there was no music until 27-7 we had the pool for our self it was clean also. The food was served by the staf and the quality improved day by day. But i hoped it was in a buffed but it wassnt. They told me that from 1-8 more people booked the hotel. The guest who came later where german and russian. In general it is not a 5 star hotel but 4. The Rooms and beds are good and clean nice furnitoured. AC works great ice cold. The food i can not rate because of covid there was not food in a buffet style. The pool is clean and big also a kids swinming pool a little to small.

Beim Ckeck In wurde im System nur ein Zimmer statt zwei gefunden . Nach stundenlangem warten haben wir ein zweites bekommen . Habe später erfahren das mehrere Leute das selbe Problem hatten. Echt unprofessionell . Hotel aber in Ordnung. Strand Ok. Essen Ok

Servicepersonal sehr aufmerksam, schnell und freundlich. Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt, nur ich finde man kann mehr aus diesem Hotel machen an manchen stellen veraltet, aber Sie geben sich alle große Mühe.

great location. most staff very friendly. 4 of us stayed in deluxe room but cleaner leave 2 bath towels and didnt clean our room properly 1st 3 days. after complaining, we got different cleaner and she was good.

L'hôtel est propre, et bien situé. Le personnel est sympathique et disponible. Les repas sont variés et délicieux, on y mange beaucoup 😊, les boissons sont illimités toutes la journée. On a passé des bons moments dans cet établissement.

Le personnel tellement hautain , pas serviable du tout . On a l impression qu’ils sont là par obligation ! Le 3/4 ne disent même pas bonjour , sourire inexistant et te serve de force ( surtout le serveur du bar à l accueil qui est souvent la le soir , si t es pas une petite minette qu’ il peut draguer , t es de la M..DE !! Pour le reste , hôtel et chambres propres mais très sombre et pas très accueillant , 1 seule piscine super petite et animation NUL voir inexistante !!! Nourriture pas variée et pas de choix ( SAUF le jour de la soirée Turc) ne vaut certainement pas un 5 étoile ! Juste 3! Je n y retournerai plus !!!

Great place to stay at a competitive price.

The location of this hotel was perfect. Its in the middle of several other hotels, shops and bars. The hotel ticks all the boxes in terms of facilities. Food was nice and varied. There are other bigger grander hotels nearby so the wow factor is lost on this place, but for what you pay and what you are after you can't really go wrong with this hotel.

Es ist definitiv kein 5 sterne hotel. Das essen schmeckt nicht, zu wenig auswahl und immer das gleiche... Büffet ist viel zu klein. Getränke sehr billig gehalten. Nicht mal saft gibt es. Personal hingegen ist sehr bemüht. Spa hat mir gut gefallen. Billiard spielen kostet exta.. Es gibt nur 1 pool.animation ist schlecht.. Musik auch. Keine unterhaltung. Die Besitzer (älteres ehepaar) arbeiten selber mit um personal zu sparen. Der umgang mit dem personal ist auch nicht nett. Also.. Preis leistung stimmt. überhaupt nicht. Nie wieder!!

Very bad hotel

Actually the photos of the hotel not representing the reality The swimming pool very small The restuarant very small The receptionists never ever smile especially men They mentioned All inclusive but unfortunately you have to pay for everything. If you want to use the safe box you have to pay 2 euros per night If you want to get pop corn for your baby you have to pay 2 euros. If you need a beach towel you have to deposit 5 euros and when you bring the towel back they return it to you. If you didn't bring back the towel you will loose the 5 euros plus you have to pay 15 euros. The bed cover really dirty and the towels in the bathroom as well. This attitude and behaviour never happened to me before simply this hotel 1 star hotel and simply they are baggers. My recommendation to any one want to book in antalya try any onther resort.

Es liegt ca. 1 Stunde entfernt von Antalya. Mit dem Taxi wird man für ca. 50€ zum Hotel gefahren. Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat: Essen, Sauberkeit, freundliches Personal Was könnte besser sein: es ist nachts sehr laut. Im Kellergeschoss ist ein Disco... Schwimmbad war ok. Könnte etwas grösser sein... Für Familien würde ich es empfehlen. Man sollte allerdings berücksichtigen, dass es laute Musik ab Mitternacht herrscht. Einkaufen sollte man in Side nicht...alles in Euro und überteuert. Zum Einkaufen eignet sich Manavgat (mit Bus/Dolmus 4tl oder 1€
