Nice hotel apart from spa area

The hotel is lovely but spa area is letting the hotel down Turkish bath and steam room smells bad and not clean at all apart from spa area everything else was great staff really helpful and friendly our room was fantastic was really happy with our room enjoyed our holiday😊

Ok hotel for our family. Food was good. Staff was rude at times. The hotel turned off the air conditioning 2 days into our holiday - and the room was too hot to sleep! Tans the employees didn’t do anything to help.

The beach, pools, restaurants, staff and other facilities. are good. My only comment would only be the quality of rooms. I think it is time for management to embark on a program for renovating the rooms. The rooms’ facilities are operational, yet they have surpassed their useful life in terms of furniture, ACs, bathroom, beds, lighting and other facilities. Obviously, this requires capital investment. It is worthwhile to upgrade and increase their rates to recover gradually their capital investment and attract more guests.

The air conditioning in the room didn't work. The management informed us the air conditioning system was working from 12pm to 2am only during the night shift. This was surely a bad experience. I have paid for a facility with air conditioning and that condition was not full filled. The gym needs full renovation - it's a messy place and kids under 16yo coming into the premisses despite announcement at the main entrance. Old and dirty equipment. Various lounge chairs are broken and need to be replaced. Food variety was good.

The hotel is great and the staff go out of their way to assist. The food is probably the beat we have every bento for all inclusive menu. What let’s the hotel down is the cleanliness of the main pool grit and fruit from over Hanging palm trees every day and the small bits of repair required here there and every way.

The hotel is family friendly. They have variety in food but not delicious.. Swimming pool is suitable for kids the maximum hight is 1:30 meter and the water play area opens only from 2:00 PM till 4:00 PM. They have show every night. Wifi was very bad

Wir waren am Ende der Saison da, und es war alles schon ein bisschen heruntergefahren. Das Hotel ist wohl verkauft und keiner weiß wie es wirklich weitergeht. Ansonsten waren wir aber sehr zufrieden.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit sehr netten Mitarbeitern, hier und da vielleicht ein bisschen renovierungsbedürftig, aber ohne das es im Moment störend ist. Wir hatten ein großes, sauberes und modern eingerichtetes Zimmer mit sehr gutem Bett. Negativ nur die hellhörige Zimmertür und nur eine Bettdecke, die für 2 Personen viel zu klein ist. Wir haben aber auf Anfrage sofort eine zweite Bettdecke bekommen. Essen und Getränke sind landestypisch, aber nicht negativ gemeint, sondern da ist für jeden etwas dabei. Pool und Wasserpark sind schön angelegt, die Wasserrutschen machen Spaß und sind teilweise richtig aufregend. (3 von 5 Rutschen erst ab 12 Jahre). Am Strand kann man den ganzen Tag verbringen, mit Bar und Snackrestaurant wird auch dort für das leibliche Wohl gesorgt. Wir würden wiederkommen!

5yıldız otel kalitesinde bir tatil oldu

Beklentimin çok üzerinde bir tatil deneyimi oldu. Genel anlamda 5 yıldızlı otelde hissettim kendimi ilgi alaka da çok iyiydi. Özellikle barmen tarık ve dj Devrim’e teşekkür ederiz. Olumsuz diyebileceğim şeyler ise animasyon yetersizdi otel günleri daha dolu dolu olabilirdi. Bir de yemek çeşitliliği biraz azdı onun dışında ama gayet memnun kaldık.

Bu yorumu fiyat performans temelli yapmaktayım. Ortalamanın üstünde bir otel. Çocuklu tatil için imkanları ideal. Ancak bazı olumsuz noktalar var: - Klima merkezi sistem. Oradan sınırlı kontrol mümkün. Küçük bir çocuk ile konaklıyorsanız oda sıcaklığını ayarlamakta zorlanabilirsiniz. Antalya gibi çok sıcak bir şehir için bu oldukça önemli. - Cep telefonum odamda ve havuz çevresinde çekmiyordu. Bu benim için önemli bir sorundu. - Kahvaltı daha iyi olabilirdi. - Deniz erken derinleşiyor ve zeminde kayalar mevcut. Küçük çocuklar için dikkatli olunmalı. - Çalışanların hepsi iyi niyetli ancak bir kısmı görevine yeterince hakim değil. - Ana yemek alanı dışındaki pastane, restaurant (alakart hariç) gibi hizmetlerin içeriği son derece kısıtlıydı. - Alkol açısından ortalama. Yerli bir turist olarak bu fiyat bandındaki bir otelde bu hususların daha iyi olmasını beklerdim. - Otel temiz, odamız geniş ve kullanışlıydı. Öğle ve akşam yemekleri gayet iyiydi. Havuzlar yeterli. Çocuklar için olan sosyal aktiviteler yeterli. Bunlar da iyi yönleri.

Die zimmer waren nicht in einem guten Zustand. Das Personal ist auf kein Bedürfnis eingegangen. Bei 30 grad wurde einfach mal entschieden die Klimaanlage abzuschalten. Entsprechend oft war das zimmer sehr stickig und warm.

Das Hotel ist bombastisch. Die Aussicht wirklich super toll, man hat nichts in dem Thema auszusetzen. Außerdem ist das Hotel extrem groß, man findet immer Plätze am Pool. Die Einrichtung ist auch super elegant und wunderschön. Für uns waren die Abendshows nichts, aber Familien hatten ihren Spaß. Danach gabs auch eine „Disco“ bis 1 Uhr, die leider größtenteils immer leer war. Der Strand war leider steinig, aber das war unser Fehler, da wir es davor nicht recherchiert haben. Dafür war der Pool umso besser. Die Zimmer waren leider nicht so modern, sondern eher etwas alt. Der Duschkopf war sehr alt, die Betten nicht sehr bequem. Man sollte abwägen was man eher haben möchte, großes luxusHotel oder eher ein kleines Hotel mit einer hochwertigen Innenausstattung. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich. Die Desserts waren nicht nach meinem Geschmack, dafür hat sie mein Mann geliebt. Also wirklich alles Geschmacksache! Verhungern kann man nie, da es immer zu jeder Uhrzeit etwas zu essen gibt. Insgesamt war es einer der besten Hotels

Dårlig renhold av rom underveis, særlig ute på terrassen ! Dårlig påfyll av balsam / conditioner under hele oppholdet på 11 dgr. Skiftet håndkler HVER dag, til tross for at vi hang opp igjen håndkler til bruk neste dag, for å spare miljøet.
