"Great stay at Beatenberg Resort & Spa. Cruz the manager was super friendly and went out of his way to help us out. Hotel’s got a lot of history, and the view from the dining room is gorgeous. Our room was spacious, easily fit the three of us. Big plus: the bus stops right out front and gets you into Interlaken Ost or West in about 20-30 minutes. Interlaken itself is stunning — highly recommend staying here as your base."

"We had two modern air conditioned rooms with balconies. One of the rooms was on the corner and had a great view of the street and mountains behind it, Our rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the location, a short walk from the train station, was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!"

"My brother and I had such a wonderful stay at HeyHotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The location was perfect—just a short walking distance from the train station, which made getting around so convenient. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Everything felt well-maintained, and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making guests feel at home. The food was absolutely excellent, and the breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. There was a great selection, everything tasted fresh and delicious, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better breakfast to start the day. What really made our experience special, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their genuine hospitality made us feel truly welcomed. Overall, our stay at HeyHotel was a fantastic experience, and we’re so grateful for the wonderful memories. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so pleasant and enjoyable. My family and I will definitely be booking HeyHotel again on our next trip. Highly recommended!"

"This is a beautiful old hotel located a short distance from the Interlaken Ost station. It suffers from its age, however, Small elevators. No apparent air conditioning and spotty wifi in the rooms. The staff was very helpful and the hotel is popular with international guests. It's a good jumping off point for visits to nearby hamlets in the region."

"Christian and his team are the perfect hosts. Check-in is easy (parking permit, finding room, Wifi, tips for the village). The public pool in the village is small, but charming and half the price with the hotel guest card. Buses from and to Interlaken are free as well. The little grocery store just across the street has delicious local cheese. Dinner in the quiet garden offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and green grass land of the valley. At night you only hear the cow and goat bells. Rooms are style fully, yet minimalist. All you need is really there. Breakfast has lots of variety, especially delicious bread. I plan to come back, possibly in winter."
