"When booking the property, I specifically asked that we (2 guests) are provided an extra bedding as we prefer sleeping warm. We were never provided it, despite multiple follow-ups with the manager (who even promised we would get it). ´ Also, the website indicates regular cleaning and during 1 week stay, the apartment was neither cleaned nor have we received fresh towels, toilet paper etc. We were explained by the manager that regular means once a week.
